At first Aluminum Scrap melts at 680° C and forms as a metal liquid then it goes to cleaning, after cleaning this metal liquid is transferred into Dies to make 40 mm plates. These plates are rolled inside a hot rolling machine, then these plates turn into 10 mm plates. Using Cold Rolling these plates turns as a final size of sheet, then these sheets are ready for cutting as per requirement. Using Annealing Furnace, these plates are heated at 400° C and then used for making utensils as per requirement and then the edges are removed and polished well and ready to dispatch.

From this raw material we get Aluminum Scrap 6063 grade of 99%, Aluminum UBC Scrap of 49%, Aluminum Ingot of 99.8%, Stainless Steel Sheet 8x4 (1 mm - 6 mm) and Stainless Steel Rods 6 mm - 8 mm - 10 mm. We import scrap from Middle East European Countries local market. Our production capacity is of 200 tons.
